SITE BUG - updating character submission file does not update cover

As the title says: when uploading a new submission file to an existing character, the displayed image on the character page (the cover image) is not updated. When clicking the cover image, it does take you to the new submission file, but obviously the cover image isn't a representation of the new file.

e.g. https://www.weasyl.com/character/15141/naridian still displays the old single-character image; I've uploaded a ref sheet for this character as replacement but it isn't seen unless the cover image is clicked. The thumbnail should also have been replaced but it isn't.

I'd prefer not to have to re-do the character page.

Aand.. it seems after a few hours it resolved itself. Perhaps this is a CDN issue?
If so, it's probably be a good idea to add a version parameter to images if they get to replace otherwise cached images.

You can also edit the thumbnail to have it change right away.
