It depends entirely on who's blocking what, why, and how.

school (light speed web acess) they are blocking stuff like FA and other sites in that genre.

It's school; you probably shouldn't be looking at sites like that there. It isn't your connection, and my guess is they want students to be using it for certain things, so respect the rules they've put in place.

My solution to your problem is wait until you get home and browse as much as your parents permit.

Levi is right. These rules are put into place because schools don't want to be held responsible for "providing obscene materials to a minor" or whatever.
Look at FA when you get home.

sadly no internet at home so i have to do this at school, so yeah............ not to mention that i have ALOT of free time here beleive it or not.

In that case, I suggest you find something productive to do with your time. Do your homework. Study something that interests you, outside class. Work on improving your art.

well art wise i have to be inspired and most of the time thats at home (not to mention thats were my sketch book is) and its already the end of the year EOCs are in and anything else you get in now is just busy work since the EOCs are what really count.
