[SITE] Hyperlinks in a PDF displayed on a submission page are non-functional

This literary submission is a PDF that contains two hyperlinks to music pages on the author's SoundCloud account, so the reader can listen to the intended music for certain scenes. These hyperlinks work if you download the PDF and open it. However, they do not work on the PDF as displayed on the submission page as of this writing; the links are treated simply as regular text and you cannot click on them to go to the intended pages. I remember the links working earlier last morning when the PDF was first uploaded, too, which makes this a rather odd bug. I tested this with Firefox 32.0.2 and Google Chrome Version 37.0.2062.120 m on Windows 7. This image shows, at the bottom, the cursor becoming the text highlight cursor as if it were regular text instead of the pointing hand cursor for links.
