    Inconsistent UI for submissions/notifications

I'm not sure if I'm the only one this bugs, but the UI of the submissions page is different to the notifications page.
Specifically the placement of various buttons.
    Submissions: http://gyazo.com/1556b635b098daf1e5b6b349a9541c99
    Notifications: http://gyazo.com/7cff334b62f6d906e2790f6bbc5e21b8
Not only that, but removing notifications requires confirmation too when pressing "Remove Checked". I can see the reason for confirming "Remove All" as you can misclick that, but to remove checked options you must first check them. This issue doesn't apply to the Submissions screen either.

If you have a bunch of notifications to check off and they're mixed with the ones you do not wish to check, then this brief respite from actual deletion may help you notice that you have accidentally checked something you do not wish removed.

Of course, I'm not staunchly defending it, just giving a viable (if minor) reason for the confirmation's continued existence.
    Sega does what Nintendon't.

I don't mind the confirmation, since I have needed it before! But since I personally like to keep some 2-3 rows of submission notifs unremoved for viewing's sake, the scroll down to reach "remove checked" for the rest I don't has gotten steadily longer. If the buttons were at the top too it'd be really great.
