    Screen Recording/Editing Program

    Hey guys,
I'm looking for any advice on what sort of screen editing/recording programs I can use for making timelapse recordings of art. Preferrably virus and malware-free, lol.
I'd like to be able to speed it up and cut bits out (such as when I click off of SAI or whatever).
Programs that would allow me to stick audio in would be a plus as well because silence is boring :(

    Thanks!

My favourite is OBS. Camtasia, Fraps, xsplit, and Bandicam are other popular options.

Are any of those really heavy and laggy?
I've heard of Camtasia, Fraps, and Bandicam before

VLC should work. It's got a nifty tool that you can use to record stuff like that, I think?

    Oh yeah, it's here

Hmm, I actually have VLC on my computer. Will it allow me to edit the video and whatnot?
