I picked up on where I left off on Star Wars Republic Commando.

Note: If it's been a while since you played a certain tactical FPS which you normally play on the hardest difficulty, and you decide to play it again, don't expect to be as good as you once were (still hate those super battle droids).

Updated: I was so far into the game I beat it just 30 minutes to an hour after I made this post. It's a shame the game had to end on a cliffhanger, yet a sequel was never released.

Drop an AT round on them. Goes down with a single hit.
Or just order your teammates to take sniping/AT positions and save that ammo for yourself.

I love SW:RC. Was one of my fave games back in the day.

I prefer to save the AT rounds, and use ECD grenades to stun them before shooting them down.

Agreed. I got it about 6 years ago, but dropped the game soon after getting stuck on the escape segment (that was until I picked up the game again). I love the old Star Wars games.

It's weird having to play Golden Sun for review, but hey, I can do it, so I'll gladly do it (in less than one page... Urgh)

Unfortunately there are two huge issues surounding the Wii U port : Golden Sun was a pixelfest back in the GBA era, and now it is even worse. The Gamepad softens the blow a bit, but DO NOT play it on a big screen. It would be a total disservice to it. Also : God dammit Nintendo, wouldn't it kill you to put all traslated roms into one file and toss it on the eShop ? As is, there is only the English option, and the French script was pretty amazing for the time. For me, it doesn't really matter, but for French/Italian/Spanish/etc who don't understand English well ? Way to lose some customers... I fear for future games though...
This link might contain cookies. Spoilers : it does not, it's just a trap link towards something I write. Sorry...

Goat Simulator. A strangely entertaining game when you have time to kill.

Up next on my pile of old Xbox original games: Crash Bandicoot twoc!

I forgot how Crash bandicoot wasn't a platformer alone. It has some variety in it's level selection (dogfighting, racing, minecarting, rolling, etc).

    I miss Crash. :c But I never played 2, just 1 and 3.

In fact I have the urge for Spyro right now.

Maybe I could get my discs together and make them work on an emulator. I actually have my oldass grey Playstation, just no suitable TV for it.
