I've seen it popular through ravers and people who like graffiti art so I don't think the person you think popularized it did. I have no idea who that person is and seen it come through when raving and fashion trends for that generation use it.

Doesn't matter raves had this before lapfox. This was out before these people were known. Like I said you are putting too much one casual observation.

I don't understand the neon rainbow subtly-puking nonsense.
Anyways, it mostly started popping up around SqueedgeMonster, sometimes you'll see MuttMonster influence in the size of the forearms (idk, werewolf arms??), 22mg with bright, neon colours and thick black lines.
Kind of like how Falvie-emulators started popping up after a while.

Barachan was also doing that stuff as well as others. You had people like Heavy teeth also doing it. I also remember seeing it long before with anime folks as well.

Urban art was still around before these people were integrating it into furry and anime.

Urban art was influenced 20 years back by 80's fashion and you will see a lot of the same similarities as well.

    Clashing colors etc.

I'm not sure who the other user is, but I don't really see it in HT's style. HT's style reminds me of Savannah Horrocks and Chair

You haven't seen her old art

Also really hate when people edit their posts so that people can't see what the topic pertains to. It is extremely rude.
