I do! I had a break for couple of years and now I've been practicing for 3-4months.
I don't have training scedual which would be awesome to have tho. Now I've been running intervals 10x100meters and sprints almost every day. Juggling, drills with ball and muscle exercises and I'm very bad in keeping break days to recover but starting to see its importance by now.

Does anyone have tips on making scedual to gain stamina and speed for soccer? Im curious to hear your story (:
