Colorist Wanted.

As the post stated above. I am looking for a colorist, and as it states in my original post it is for commercial use at game store. You would be paid an initial price for coloring, and then an additional price per print sold.

I understand that but I was wondering if it was for promotional use (being sold for a short time only) or something that will be sold for a few years.

That would be discussed in the terms set between us as well. Be it long run, short run or if there is a limited print amount.

What sort of drawings are we talking about though?
What is the rating? General, mature, adult?
Are they of single or more characters?
Are there backgrounds on some or all?
And most importantly, what are you looking for in the colours?

How much I would want to be paid: probably around $20 for the whole image.

- They will be sold at a game store and are to be kept in General rating.
- Single or possible multiple (payment to be discussed in multi character cases)
- Simple back grounds, occasionally full background(would be discussed payment wise for full) Full background would only be thrown into offer is by requests of it. There is a request page at the stores to see what people would want to better assist with the sales.
- Color wise i am not looking for a particular style. Looking for something that compliments the line work and the piece but doesn't overwhelm it too much. And to at least stay in the character concept colors. That is why I do have a sample image for the interested parties to try and color.
- Sample image is also used to see if the colorists are able to work with the line art.

I think that might be some good information to put in the OP. I was under the impression this was just color for characters only with no backgrounds at all.
Please keep in mind that adding in color and even simple backgrounds takes a lot of work

I'm doing the simple back grounds not the colorist.
It's a simple as in 2 color compliment back ground. Not an actual image back ground.
Also if the colorist is chosen that information is included in the price agreement sheet.
Nothing is left out of the price/payment agreement.

I'm going to add a little note here on this journal.

Some people seem to be assuming that I myself do not color images at all and have hinted towards it in their messages , responses or comments.

I am not doing this opportunity cause I can not do the coloring myself.
