Isn't there already a resources thread?
If you say "plz" because it's shorter than "please," I'll say "no" because it's shorter than "yes."

The resource thread is more like books, tools, reference guides, etc.

Added Tegaki Messenger. It's a really nice program AND YOU SHOULD ALL USE IT WITH ME.

Oops I didn't expect that to be a double post. SORRY.

Add this to animation - easy and free, makes Flash fun and relevant to people who can actually draw and not programmers.

I think you should also include a list of websites that also allows drawing with other people in groups. I know iScribble (http://www.iscribble.net/) is one of them.

Also PaintShop Pro. It used to be a JASC product (version 7, which was Windows 3.1 vintage - and I'm still using it), and now a Corel product. I think they're up to version 14 or the like?

Maybe you could add GIMP and Artweaver as well in general. (:

Don't forget all the modelers out there. Plus basic 3D does wonders for more 2D mediums if you know how to paint over it. There are Maya, 3DSMax, Z-brush, and Mudbox.
