The fact is, most millennial adults don't own a house and less of us are buying cars for both economic and environmental reasons. The typical adulthood milestones the young adults were expected to reach in their 20's a couple of decades ago no longer apply. But some have a hard time accepting that.
They still apply, but after the apathetic gen X failed on all accounts to live up to the expectations, society kinda gave up expecting their coddled younger brothers and sisters to pick up the slack.

No, no they don't. The shift of our culture's and the economy has changed everything.

I know. It's like I said in another post; some just have a hard time accepting that we all do things differently and that the economy has up-heaved everything.

The only thing it's changed is that now the 20 somethings with nothing going for them have some company for their misery. They say it doesn't matter in the same way they'll criticize a 45 year old guy for buying a brand new Porsche by saying it's a mid-life crisis. It's the fox and the grapes.

    Oh no I'm aware.

It's weird because he's not that much older than most of us so it's not even like he's some crotchety grandpa angrily shaking his fist at the younger generation :u

I don't criticize middle-aged men for buying nice cars.
It's their money. Let them do what the fuck they want with it.

Also, this thread needs more raw steak and whiskey and guns.

My dad makes the best goddamn steak.
I miss living in West Virginia. Even if their water is poison right now.
