I find it weird when people use a penis as a thumbnail pic. XD I always rate my submissions correctly, but I always crop a thumbnail of the face or other non-genitalia/breasts area.

Right, you guys, the picture is labelled and rated correctly. Because it is uploaded/collected by someone I follow, the NSFW thumbnail is showing up in my inbox. If I click on it my access is denied (I did this to test it) but the submission, and its NSFW thumbnail still shows up in my inbox.

This is a known issue and there is a bug tracker report up on it:

Feel free to track that for updates. Sorry about the issues!

All,
The bug above (bug 225) is now fixed! This should eliminate the problem you've seen of NSFW thumbnails appearing in your submissions inbox when you don't want to see them!
