    WIP - Trouble with a bit of perspective on arm

    I would suggest that the perspective issue is stemming from the positioning of the torso and the staff. Turn the torso and shoulders slightly so that her right side (on our left) is leaning towards the viewer, bringing the head of the staff towards the viewer, while the rear of the staff is receding into the page. To have the staff at a flat position like that is not naturally comfortable for that pose and will flatten out the image itself.
