Fur and sexual anatomy, Opinions?

OK First off the topic here is a bit adult so please behave and respect we are all adults here.

I'm just wondering what people's preference is to anatomy and furries when it comes to naughty bits.
Some have the fur covering up most everything so the character can practically run naked and no worries.
Mrs. Brisby had this design as she was more feral in design than most Anthro characters.

Others have the full nipple above the fur as if on top or the area is lightly furred there.
While it can vary drastically between the sexes, males tend to keep it hidden when not aroused in most cases.

I personally use a shag fur approach as the fur should be thick actually like furs are, mostly just the top the nipple shows or not at all if not in the mood.
Males i tend to have with sheath, and normally human looking members but can do animal if requested or the character is designed with it.

I know it all just comes down to preferences, and I'd like to know yours if you'd share it.

It really depends on the individual character, but for the most part I prefer furries with a digitigrade (toe walking) stance and a fully animalistic head. Dudes with fur and human lips/jaws are just plain weird. As for sexual anatomy I (like most furries) have a bit of a double standard going. For males, particularly canines, I think animal anatomy suits them much better. In almost all cases with females though, it's gotta be fully human, e.g. Two breasts, human vulva.

I realized I was a bit vague on the non-sexual anatomy. While I said I prefer digitigrade legs, they should still have human proportions, unlike the Mrs. Brisby style you mention. I also think hands should be human and without pawpads, though with claws in lieu of nails.

The topic of "How do you like your penis?" usually has to do with porn, and only porn. There are exceptions, but it isn't really the rule, especially if we're discussing furry genitalia, of all things.

Also, I don't like detailed / anatomically correct nudity, in general. In sexual situations or otherwise.

Got ya, and that's cool just a different like than myself personally, but i like quite a few styles just for the art or emotion they bring, Tame or otherwise.

Scaly are reptiles anyway so you can always assume that the thing is always hidden. Pretty much the only reason why most of my lizard creature can go pantless while the birds/cat/dogs can't.

For birds/cats/dogs

Cover with fur/feather and avoid drawing female.
Or when drawing female, just say "flat-chested"
