I can't take a good picture of my cat to save my life

I can't either :c It's like they don't want pictures to be taken of them. I've tried very hard but as soon as I press the button, my cat has turned away :c All the pictures I have of her face are blurry or from a distance...

I think those are probably claw sheath things. They're rounded and not-sharp so that they don't scratch people or furniture or stuff.

they have little plastic caps on them. My apartment says no cats unless declawed or capped, and considering declawing is fucking terrible, I got her caps.
It just goes on over the nail and is glued in place, then when the nail grows and sheds naturally it sheds off.
