I think I may have stuck too close/eyeballed it too heavily, also the chin bothers me a bit. It's not as smooth as the rest.

Your shark dude's upper torso is too long. The pectoral muscles are overly stretched and should be brought up a little so they can connect better with the clavicle and deltoid muscles.
It also looks like his hip bone is curving into the very center of the crotch, instead of flowing down the pelvis and into the thighs.
Tiamat - I tend to go for more flat faced anthros, so I see that I should have emphasized the curve more.
Hewge - I can really see how stretched the pecs are now that I haven't been staring at it for 10 hours. It explains why the serratus gave me such a problem. Don't see the hips though, are you sure you aren't looking at the line for the external obliques?
