Damn, Hewge! That's huge improvement you're showing here! c:

The only critique I can give on the drawing would be that the arms seem like they're a bit too short (rather than foreshortened?), which is mostly so with the arm on the viewer's left. I could be wrong, but it feels like the elbow shouldn't be pointing outward as much, if you're going for foreshortening.

And mostly a nitpick, but there's a bit of inconsistent lighting in terms of where you highlighted. Just a question, but where is the light-source intended to come from?

Otter than that, it's looking good. :3

Your coloring has improved from your previous attempts. I know there's still some issues with the anatomy, but I really like how nicely you chose your browns against the blue background. It is mainly because the scapula are such landmark parts of the back, it seems to be missing from your otter dude. (Scapula are the shoulder blades you see on the back).

You're right. His arms do seem a little short. As if they don't reach the proper thigh-length.
As for the lighting, I think I was going for the source being mostly from the top-right. I just have a lot more practice and studies I need to do. xD
