    Corel Painter Essential 4 Tutorials?

Does anyone have any tutorials or tips for Corel Painter? I want to do more than bold lines and colors, but really haven't gotten the hang of the other brushes yet. Also, I was wondering about a way to color lineart that hasn't been created in Corel.

    Thanks!

Hmm well i cant think of any ones online atm. I can tell you that http://beta.imaginefx.com/shop has a lot of tutorials in the magazines. Its based out of the UK but it has mainly painter stuff in. There was a second one thats based out of the uk but I can quite remember the name of it but it also deals with just painter mainly.

I was looking into painter and there arent many people who use it as the prime things. It is great though if you are a classical artist I guess.

Good luck, I hope that helps

    Hello

I apologize for replying as this is a month old but Painter Essentials has its own forum - http://essentialscafe.com

I actually did a couple of livestreams on how to use Painter and Painter Essentials The scratchboard tool in Essentials is still pretty good. There is also a newer version of "Essentials" called Painter Lite

It has been known to go on sale as low as 20 dollars.

If you have any questions about Painter feel free to ask, as I've been one of their beta testers for a few years. If I can't directly answer I usually defer to a very knowledgeable community of Painter users that have been very helpful in giving solutions and advice.

The most useful tool in Painter's arsenal in each version is the Scratchboard tool.

Here are some youtube videos that I have created in dealing with the Scratchboard tool in Painter as well as other inks.

Most importantly if you have an intuos tablet making sure that it is properly calibrated to the pressure curve tool.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask
