Yes. Practice, lol. But seriously, just draw something every day. You'll get better. It may be years, but it's a pretty slow process.

You should post some of your art so we can see how we can help you.

It really is practice though. Draw/paint/sculpt things around you, attend life drawing if you can, learn how to use references, etc.

It's hard to really "teach" someone how to draw over the Internet. Everyone draws differently. We can link you a ton of tutorials and give you lots of tips, but as the artist it is your responsibility to take what is given to you and use it. You need to practice, practice, practice. Just looking at an image tutorial isn't enough if you don't put in the time and effort to really study and understand what/how to draw.

I still don't understand exactly what you're looking to improve, though. Do you want to do more full, in-depth pictures or do you want some tips and tricks for sketching? If it's the former, then you just gotta do it. It may be difficult and time consuming, but if you want to draw more "fancy" work, you gotta put in the effort and practice.

Quit being a wuss and post something. It's not like the art police will arrest you for bad attempts and most artists will understand or relate.
If you say "plz" because it's shorter than "please," I'll say "no" because it's shorter than "yes."

Not to mention, we've all been there at some point.
