    How to Report Art Theft

  2. #2
"As always, please do not attempt to confront the person you feel is stealing or plagiarizing artwork. Please report all issues to staff and allow us to handle the issue. This will allow staff to work quickly and efficiently without the ticket becoming more complicated from outside interaction."

Particular emphasis on this part. Confronting plagiarism is a huuuuuuuge cause of drama and really isn't worth the hassle. Drama lends itself to agitation and draws in more trouble than is really necessary.
On a related note, is it still the same course of action if the source file is on a site that requires a log-in to view?

If it's log in to view it may be best to get a screen capture of the image and possibly give us that to show the source as well as a link to a copy. That way we can verify even if we are not able to log in to the site.
