Interesting post Wenzel, the canvas is a window to another's world- or life experiences.

The conceptual window is an integral element of perspective drawing, this concept merely brings the window forward to the point that the observer’s perceptual space overlaps the visual space of the scene rather than being separated outside looking in; after that the observer’s bran takes over and fills in the rest.
