Hmm, well I personally run a resource blog of my own.
I split things up into tags, so if you wanted to you could for example add a link to my anatomy tag under foundations
    http://helpfulharrie.tumblr.com/tagged/anatomy
I have got quite a lot of tags though, so you might like to look through and choose ones to add yourself.

Some others I'd add would be my colour theory tag
    http://helpfulharrie.tumblr.com/tagged/COLOUR%20THEORY
    perspective
    http://helpfulharrie.tumblr.com/tagged/perspective
    and composition
    http://helpfulharrie.tumblr.com/tagged/composition

Or you could just link the blog under all encompassing, I dunno!

If you like drawing animals Aaron Blaise has some pretty good and cheap tutorials on his site. They even include animation. He worked on movies like The Lion King

UPDATED TO THIS POINT----kinda a self reference point for me.

I will keep updating from time to time. Thank you everyone who has helped build it up.

Please let me know if something needs to be updated that I have missed or that is out of date now.

This is a pretty informative page about various india inks. Very helpful for traditional artists, especially those looking into doing stuff with comic book roots.

This site is up and coming. While it is designed for professionals that freelance and industry prices. I think it is useful for those who want to know and learn why pricing is important.

http://www.artpact.com I got a membership during their indiegogo campaign

Another good spot is Noah Bradley http://www.theartoffreelancing.com it is a great lecture to help artists

There also his art camp where he has the first week for free. http://noahbradley.com/artcamp

On the ones that you have to pay for, Please if you dont mind can you write a little review about those? Most pay sites dont seem to come with a free trial or anything, so a review from someone who used it before would be good. I dont want to just blindly link a new person to something they have to pay for without them knowing what they are getting themselves into.
