Hmm, that is something we could do. I'll bring this up with the rest of staff and see if they think this would work. A few concerns of mine: 1) That people would skip the rest of the Ratings...
I think I've mentioned this somewhere before a long time ago, but I'll say it again;
The “Content Ratings” page is a mess. They are easy to understand but information is All over the place.
If...
Oh i second this big time!
Always pimpin: https://www.weasyl.com/submissions/thescatterbrain
I must admit that my block list have gotten more and more fetish words in it.
It's not that I particularly dislike fetish art, but more that I've already seen it all. That's what it feels like at...

Eeh, I got a pretty clean gallery, think the thing to look out for here is the occasionally weird shit.
Also you should totally check out my buddy https://www.weasyl.com/~thescatterbrain

Tags are just cataloging. There is nothing special or unique about them and has no real relevance on the art piece. There is absolutely no reason to strangle the feature to solely a select group...
So you're saying that justifies him going to twitter, looking me up, and antagonizing me there? instead of keeping it all here?
Good to know the staff supports that type of griefing behavior.

Well, I want to point out that it's One member of staff pthnrgrrl, it does not reflect all of them.
One who btw still haven't answered my question, but appear to be subtweeting me just fine.

Weasyl could probably introduce a market-style thing..my worry is they'd still get it wrong.
They totally could. And even if they got it wrong, it could still become the best marketplace out there...
@piñardilla
Let me remind you that people are already avoiding Weasyl over this as is, and removing More control from CC’s is Not going to improve it.
If the fear is that CC’s art wont get...
Going in circles for 30 pages isn't solving anything.
Let me just remind you that pthnrgrrl have not been entirely against playing ball here, it’s just that the whole lot of you have ignored it and...
Having had multiple conversations with weykent and other members of our devteam in the past, I've noticed that they have a culture of being able to ask and discuss very pointed questions to each...
"If I don't personally understand it, it's wrong and must be disregarded." *Waves hand uncaringly*
I'm saying at this point, you don't have to understand it just to respect it. Just for the love...
I think this might just be the last I post on this thread for now, since I don't have any new ideas to add and discussing with weykent is clearly pointless anyhow.
They have made it abundantly clear...
This is what I've been saying...just not as articulate.
This is hilarious. You're saying everything I've been saying. I've just kept it simple as the viewer gets more power than the CC. I'd pull...
is for CCs to get an "Approve/Reject/Hide" prompt on tag notifications?
Oh I like this! This would be great for an CC approval prompt, no matter how it was implemented!
Being able to per-emptively reject certain tags per submission, with the amount of rejectable tags being equal to the amount of tags that the uploader places on the submission. This would mean that...
I think that this line of discussion requires consideration of which tags submitters don't want to see. I made a post about it earlier, but I didn't see anyone reply to it yet:...
You could just allow CCs to approve/disapprove all tags, and any disapproved tag might be checked by a Ferret at that point (if you wanted ferrets again)
If ferrets were reintroduced for tagging,...
What do you perceive the difference between the two to be? You can already remove tags, and in either case you get a notification.
Ikani - The big difference between comments and tags is that...
