I've had no problem with the shout function or commenting on journals,

However I tried to leave a comment on one of Taasla's characters (here: https://www.weasyl.com/character/2148 ), and the page redirected and posted my comment to one of OneEyedDoe's fursuit commission pictures (here; https://www.weasyl.com/submission/2148 ) I tried it again and it happened twice, so now my comment is posted in a completely different place.

So there may be a bug between the commenting on characters and the numbering system, since they both have the same ending number.

That's strange that character submissions and actual submissions are being treated the same way. I would have thought they'd be separate entirely so that the same IDs don't make a difference.

I had this problem too. I commented on a character page, but the comment ended up on the submission page with the same ID number.

Haha yeah, it's doing the same thing still. Commenting on this https://www.weasyl.com/character/2159 took me to this https://www.weasyl.com/submission/2159

Eta: Attempting to comment on a character that has no submission with the same ID results in an error.

"Whoops! An unexpected error occurred and your request could not be fully processed."

This bug has been addressed and fixed.
