i work on electronics and computers for fun and some times i help people from the block and not sure what is a good way to make a job and hobbies to bring people over or just to call me to ask anything?

i don't really charge anything the only time i do it when it all fix and ready to go as i only charge 30 or 40 dollers that not the pro stores will rip you 300 dollars or 100 and some times don't work will.

i want to bring people over to fix there electronic and computer with easy adverting i dont have a shop i do it on my uncle place.

i try business card and Facebook they are not that helpful?

Business cards, word of mouth, make a website for it, and then maybe put an up somewhere. Word of mouth is what you're aiming for the most though. Also, don't do any work for free if you intend to turn this into a business. Even if it's your hobby, always charge for your time unless it's like a really close friend/family.
