and it's like when a song is stuck in your head
and you don't know the band, title or even the words
just a faint melody or hook, or just "something"
I have that, but it's a game
this game I could've easily mistaken for Oblivion
there was one important difference
when you drank enough alcohol, the screen got all trippy
and then your character would puke right where he was standing
I'm not sure what the point of the game was besides that
I know it'd make Skyrim a bit more fun... maybe?!
I dunno why this happens, man
yeah don't kill yourself trying to help me remember what game that is

The first two games that comes to mind are Fable and The Witcher, is it one of them?

Perhaps someone else might know which game you're looking for. (:

yes i believe that is the one
oddly i never see anyone do anything else in this game
even in these other videos
yet apparently it's a much beloved series
but y'know what i think?
i think it's because those fans know what i know
they know every game should have drunk effects
it ought to be mandatory

I think Fallout New Vegas had your character see all blurry when you're intoxicated or high, but I'm pretty sure VHShead hit it on the nail.

Also totally agree with you on every game should have drugged effects, makes things a bit more interesting. ;P

when you're using alcohol/chems, it momentarily goes blurry when it wears off
that's about it, though withdrawal hurts your stats
however, Turbo is one of the best chems because it literally slows time
but to get the most out of it, you have to use it A LOT to get the associated perks
and it has an 80% addiction chance, so yeah
between using Turbo and other chems to get all the perks
and using Fixer to deal with the addictions
you could be seeing that momentary blur A LOT in New Vegas

Also I take back what I said about Fable
there's way more than just binging and puking
there's farting, dressing up like a pirate or a chicken
and making Sims noises while doing stupid poses

it looks kind of retarded, especially Fable III
