I've been practicing alot lately but I just can't get the hang of drawing heads at an angle
The muzzle always looks flat and the eyes uneven .

If anyone can give me some tips , suggest a tutorial or even just show me a technique that you use I would be very grateful
I should mention I use traditional methods not digital.

What animal are you trying to draw?

It would help if you worked on your perspective as well

All animals eventually but right now im focusing on bears
I've been practicing perspective a little too.

Well you should probably practice it a bit more then a little it would really help.

Why dont you try some of the animal gesture drawing lessons?
Study some anatomy
And check out some animal drawing tutorials, there are tons of them all over the place
And we have a great artist resources thread for finding such thing, its organized really nicely too

Takes 5 secs and a little bit off effort to find simple things like this

NP, theres some great stuff in there for drawing in general.
You should be able to find plenty of helpful links, and theres no lack of tutorials online

Studying anatomy can help, but you do want to go back to the most basic and learn to construct basic shapes in the 3 dimensional sense. That way you can look at the anatomical differences. Getting some clay and sculpting it out also helps.

I'll give that a shot thank you.

Don't forget that bears are just one thing out of billions of things to draw out there (but yeah it's hard to keep that in mind sometimes), so if you see anything, you should try to draw it. Basically if it's something you see every day, you should try to get good at drawing it.

right now I'd say don't worry about the details, just focus on the main idea (like a squirtbottle is made up of cones and brick shapes, houses can be made up of triangles and brick shapes, etc).

A good place to hang out would be Conceptart.org, but it's kind of a rotting husk nowadays...

I'll check it out much appreciated
I've been thinking I should go back to square one and work forward from there.
But il try drawing every day things too that sounds like a good idea.

Admittedly, this is a reach, but it sounds like you're running into a foreshortening problem . . . Human faces have comparatively little depth alongside most animals. There is a slew of tutorials out there.
Though I doubt it, I hope this was of some little help to you in some way.

I never considered it a foreshortening problem but it makes sense
Maybe this new perspective will help thanks.
