Didn't see this thread, so I figure I'd start it! Who else cosplays here? Which ones have you done? What are you currently working on? Need help finding something? Post it all here!

I'll start! I'm currently working on a male version of Ibuki Mioda (http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130408003833/danganronpa/images/a/a9/Ibukimioda.jpg) from Super Dangan Ronpa 2! I've got a lot of the stuff ordered, this is gonna be a cosplay I sort of piece together. Though one I really want to do once I get better at wigs is Gundam Tanaka (http://static2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130408002458/danganronpa/images/2/2b/Gundamtanaka.jpg) from the same game.

As for cosplays I have done, I have a cosplay tag (http://wwretched.tumblr.com/tagged/murmur%27s+cosplays/page/2) on my tumblr! I don't have a lot of good pictures, but you get the idea on some of them!

I've cosplayed Riku, Xion, Marluxia and Saix (all from Kingdom Hearts) but I don't have any good pictures. :I
Fun thing about KH is that with one black coat you can cosplay a shit-load of characters.

I've only completed one costume which was N7 armor (fem). I wore it PAX Prime last year and met up with the local Mass Effect cosplay group.

I have sooo many in the works, I'm terrible I can't seem to stick to one suit,I can get easily inspired and go and try and start something else.

I would like to get finished
- Firefall Biotech (Dragonfly)
- Halo Spartan (I'm thinking Reach)
- Halo ODST
- Mass Effect Turian OC "Darkstar"

Sadly I can't continue on due to funds and not enough supplies. Really want to get going on the Dragonfly.

If your wondering here's a picture of me in my N7 armor (Omnibade was made by - Moonbase Creations)

When the live action Deathnote movie came out, my friends all got together and went to the theatre to watch it. Naturally, I tossed together an L costume to wear. Fun was had. Other than that, I've slooooowly been making a cosplay of the OoA/OoS Link, it's around 45% done. I've been having fun making the accessories for it, the green ring and roc's feather are sitting on my desk, looking pretty.

(I see the thread has been inactive from september, so I hope it's okay to revive it.)

I haven't cosplayed much, but the two that I've already done (Daenerys from GoT and Mikasa from AoT) have been fairly simple with the most difficult parts of the costumes being bought from ebay. Now that I do have a sewing machine, I do hope to start figuring out how to make every single thing from scratch, though.

I don't have any really good pictures, so I had to make do and crop from the pictures that I did have. D:

Thinking about cosplaying Flemeth this summer for desucon10. Never worked with leather or foam armor before so its going to be interesting. Never styled a wig either.

Only cosplayed Gamzee Makara before, simple as fuck but I'm never cosplaying a troll again. Face paint is awful.

It's dead but screw it I'm gonna breathe life into it anyway. Why? Because I'm a dragon, that's why.

I've cosplayed as Mello once. A lot of people loved it. Since then I haven't had the time or funds to do anything else but I plan to in the future.
Goals:
Medusa from Soul Eater
Oliver Queen/The Green Arrow
Hawkeye
Anders from Dragon Age: Awakening/Dragon Age 2
Holo from Spice and Wolf

I'm sure there are more but for now these people I want to be.

I've cosplayed Sailor Moon, but it was a shitty Halloween costume, and my wig was garbage. Those of you from FAF (if you remember) kind of already saw it, when I Photoshopped myself as Garrus.

I'm kind of working on a human cosplay of SMB3 Lud

https://40.media.tumblr.com/29faad640fb985ce946eb75d332b45ca/tumblr_nnbglzRZ2q1sonvd0o1_250.png

but I need a lot more stuff for it.
I might try to wear it at the Renn fair this year (providing I don't die in the summer heat in a leather jacket).

I love cosplay, but I haven't done many myself, sadly.

My first was Solid Snake (http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20090313011853/metalgear/images/b/b3/Super_Smash_Solid_Snake.jpg), more based on the Smash Bros. version than MGS2 itself. (It was terrible. Bad. Terribad. I don't wanna talk about it. XD)

The one I've been working on for a while (like, 3-4 years... I'm slow) is Big Boss (http://download.gamespotcdn.net/d4/user_images/1503/250pxnakedsnake4_2.jpg) from Metal Gear Solid 3. I'm almost done with it.

The next cosplay I have planned is Vega (http://static.giantbomb.com/uploads/original/0/1410/296229-vegasfanni.jpg) from the Street Fighter series. So far, all I have is the mask (which still needs sanding, painting, and a strap), and some fabric to make the pants with. I'd like to wear it for Halloween this year, so I think I'd better hurry up!

In the future, I'd like to take on Monsoon (http://images.gamersyde.com/image_metal_gear_rising_revengeance-20362-1854_0001.jpg) (yes, another Metal Gear character, haha). Right now though, making it is a bit out of my current skillset... Hopefully after I make some more cosplays, I'll have enough practice to try making this one. :3

I've not done any anime cosplay, but I made a full-body Jake the Dog costume. It's still not 100% but at least it's ready to wear.

I'd like to do an anime or video game one eventually. I'd love to be Yoshi and my guy be Bowser, but holy hell that would be a ton of money and work.

I am currently working on the goddess version of Amaterasu from "Okami" for the PS2. I just have to figure out what style dress I want to do and design...

That's looking pretty nice! Jake has some manly arms, haha. XD

Hopefully this year I'll be making Beowulf (from Skullgirls). I don't have anything done yet though, and my deadline's Halloween. D:

All I have are black socks, and also some foam for the hood... I'm planning to go buy some fur soon, but I'm not sure what to look for. I'd rather buy fabric in person though, so unfortunately that narrows my choices a bit.

I think the hardest part is gonna be that wolf-head hood. I've never worked with foam and fur before. >>; I'd prefer to make the wolf-hood look slightly more realistic than in the game, but not so much so that I get in over my head and derp everything up. You know, since I've never worked with this stuff before.

My first proper cosplay was this creeper here. I used him for Otakon 2011 and a couple small events afterwards. Gotta say, there are some things I would do differently now, but I'm still proud. I had a spot for a water bottle and a fan inside the head, a panel so I could stick an arm out to grab railings and show my pass (that could be pulled shut and latched from the inside), got the proportions damn close to pixel-perfect, and the legs moved pretty well :D

I have another cosplay (TQBF (http://f1.bcbits.com/img/a2050920012_10.jpg)) that has had some significant progress, but went on hold for months because I developed some serious shoulder issues. I plan on picking it back up again soon.

Wow, that Creeper's pretty good! How did you do the coloring on it? And I'm guessing you could see through the black parts of the face?

Do you have any wip photos of your Quick Brown Fox cosplay? I've actually wanted to make a pinata costume myself, although I think it would be of one of my OCs (who I haven't finished designing yet), or a Viva Pinata species. Kinda worried people will wanna hit me with a stick though, hahaha! XD

The black part was that plastic yarn mesh so I could see through pretty easily. The coloring was just using different shades of green spraypaint.

As for TQBF WIPs, I (https://instagram.com/p/ynNvjuNP-9/)_have (https://instagram.com/p/ynSN1etP3t/)_a (https://instagram.com/p/ynb73lNP5E/)_few (https://instagram.com/p/yniF_otPzO/). My plan was to carry my own stick so I could just hit myself for people XD

Shanks! Much appreciated. Yeah, I'm still exposing my dude arms. Didn't leave myself time to make arms and "gloves" so I am more in the Jake suit... Too bad I can't get it to flex like when Finn is in Jake as the Jake suit!

Still hinging on doing the Bowser/Yoshi bit but there's no telling when I'll have the time and money for materials. I am not opposed to making a fursuit either but I would most likely hinge on making it myself and that's definitely it's own art form and I'm running into the same problem with how time/money consuming it is.

Hah! Great Creeper. I figure you had similar issues as I did with being vision and mobility. I was so unused to Jake's confines I felt like I was about to crash into stuff on either side of me and kept having to turn my body side to side to be certain. Let alone if light directly hit the white eyes (sunlight being the worst) I couldn't see a damn thing out of Jake's eyes.

My boyfriend and I cosplaying Kamisama Kiss. We were buttheads and didn't really end up taking photos of us in full costume at Fanime (him with ears and tail and us both in make-up).

He keeps changing who he wants to do for next year, but I'm set on a Xweetok (Neopets) and possibly a few human cosplays.

Thanks :D It wasn't that bad, actually. The event is mostly indoors so sun wasn't an issue and the torso didn't go much further than the top of my legs so my walking was only slowed a bit. But yeah, having to turn to gauge was still there, but I had my cousins with me and they would watch the costume itself as I did things like check out some dealers.

Cosplaying looks really fun but its way too dang hard x3 I wouldnt have the money for a good one and can only scrape one together.

I did do a simple Jade Harley (http://static.zerochan.net/Jade.Harley.full.924605.jpg) cosplay once, that's about it.

Still...it's always way more fun to go to a con in any sort of cosplay than not, because it's the only time besides halloween you get to look like a freak and its normal :V

Oh, nice! I was thinking of using fleece for the "paper" as well.I think I'd seen another person who used loops of a different material-looked very tedious. ^^; Fleece doesn't fray so I'd think it would lend itself well to this. :>

I just finished designing my pinata character recently, but I'm not so sure I could pull it off, haha. Perhaps I'll go with a different design for an actual costume. I just think making a pinata-suit could be really fun, if I can manage to stay away from small children (or immature adults) with sticks :v

You know, I actually had the opportunity to go to a con in costume but didn't take it. >>;
My reason was that I'd worn the costume the night before (it was Halloween) and it had taken forever to put on (Big Boss cosplay... Lotta layers and accessories). This year though, I wanna try and go to a con as Beowulf, if I can make him on time. ^^;
