I'm into all sorts of bands right now, recent ones I've been listening to are Remembrance, Pathology, Katana, and Atrophia Red Sun.

But I think my "fave" band as in seen the show, heard all the albums, know the member names, and bought the T-shirt, that would be Rammstein. I don't really listen to them now, but I think I'll always like them.

Favourite band will always be a tough question for me, but favourite singer is now and always has been Ronnie James Dio.

To call Kenny Loggins a mere singer is going TOO FAR. He is a musical god-king.

I have way too many favorite bands to choose just one, but for favorite singer by themselves, it'd have to be Mike Patton. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SbA24Rn6TLQ) Dat range.

I go through bands like a flavor of the month club goes through ice cream. :/ Seriously though, my interest level in a particular artist changes month-to-month, though I always like an artist I've considered a "favorite" before. If I had to narrow it down though, I'd put it in an all time catagory and a "current flavor of the month" catagory. So:

All time favorite:
Disturbed - This was the band that first started getting me into the metal scene. It was really the first time I decided to like a band on their own merits, rather than what my parent liked, though I do think they have good taste in music personally. I don't know the exact reason why, but Disturbed just piques my interest like no other band can.

Flavor of the Month:
At the current time, my "favorite" is Earth, Wind, and Fire. I'm going through one of my funk cycles, and they just seem to me to be the funkiest of them all. "September", my birth month, anyone? B)

As for other bands that have been, formerly, a flavor of the month, the list includes:

Dan Fogelberg
Three Days Grace
3 Doors Down
Skillet
Billey Joel
Kenny Loggins
Cascada
Elton John
Theory of a Deadman
AC/DC
Black Sabbath/Ozzy Ozborne
Hinder

And the list goes on. I'm not joking when I say it's a flavor of the month. :|

MSIs older shit was pretty damn good. Their newer stuff, not so much in my honest opinion.

I totally get that. I always find myself listening to Sgt. pepper's lonely heart's club when im in need of some new music.

Yesssssss
Actually I don't even have a favorite album or anything out of their stuff :u Just, like, most of it. There are a few things of theirs that I'm not so fond of, but in general I just like all their stuff better than most other bands I listen to. Kinna like that one perfect relationship you keep despite all your little flings :v
