I am a big crafter and jewelry maker. My current obsession is chainmaille. Any other crafters on here?

Oh man, chainmaille is so awesome, I'd love to get into that some day! ;w;

I don't really know if this counts, but I'm getting into candle making! I'm waiting for my third one to partially harden so I can release the air bubbles and then do a re-pour. Next month I'm going to a workshop on candles, soaps, and bath bombs that I'm pretty excited about! I just want to do All The Things Ever.

I sew, mostly cosplays. I've worked on Ezio Audtiore from AC2 and Eridan Ampora from Homestuck, The former was godawful as a second sewing project; the latter, a breeze. My next cosplay is Gundam Tanaka from SDR2 and I'm gonna detail the hell out of it, I can't wait until I actually have money /sobs

Do you have any examples of your work? I'd love to see what you do!

I guess you could say my main craft is sewing. I do cosplay stuff for cons and I mainly work with fleece. Which has good and bad to it. On one hand, fleece is thick but because it's thick it's hot too. So far the only things I've made were an Umbreon kigurumi, a Leafeon hoodie for one of my friends, and a Teddie kigurumi. I've also been working a bit with foam too so I can start making full on suits. With that being said, my next big project is going to be Monobear (http://static2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130408012653/danganronpa/images/d/d0/Monobear.jpg) from Dangan Ronpa. My main goal is to make it similar to this guy (www.tofugu.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/kumamon.jpg)

I've also knitted a bit but I can only really make scarves. :B

I do a lot of crocheting. I mainly design amigurumi. I'm working on a book that I'll finish some day! D:

Candle making sounds cool!!

I sew a little bit too although i'm not good at it. I actually homestuck too. I do rose in her original outfit and godtier. I think im go[nna take a break from cosplaying though because its so expensive and I'd rather use the money to fund my other hobbies

I have one chainmaille bracelet im really proud of. http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2014/038/a/8/thick_chainmaille_bracelet_by_kataddy-d75gte7.jpg Right now with chainmaille im working only with bright aluminum so my chainmaille isnt top quality but hey its a start!

When I'm not drawing or studying I do enjoy crochet & knitting :3
I never upload my work or hold on to them however, that is to say much of them end up going to charity. You know, people who really need that warm knitted stuff.

I've got a little baby table loom with my name on it in storage. I really love weaving...although I'm worried I won't remember how to set up and stuff by the time I get the space for it. I'm not very good at weaving granted, but when I've had access to a loom it's been very fun and relaxing to do.

I'd like to learn how to make stuffed animals and stuff some day, but it's not something I can do right now.

Same. I always follow the patterns but they always just end up looking bad. I just need practice I guess but i don't think i have enough patience.

Here's another amigurumi addict! :D I prefer crocheted dolls, but I put them in knitted outfits. I'm so glad there are others that crochet amigurumi on here, I usually have to explain what it is whenever I mention it!

I do jewelry, beaded and have started painting leather bracelets. I also paint masks, but have not found a good medium so they're kind of on hold till I can get my paws on leather masks or the materials to do my own. I do a little bit of sewing, but I don't have very good skills or materials

As crafting goes for me, I crochet, knit, create things out of stuff, draw, I've done some stuff with clay, and there's a number of things I'd love to do.

I normally get obsessed with one thing and will do it hard core for a few days/months and then lose interest in it and find a new obsession. It's not as great as it sounds e_e
Like I got into making rubber band bracelets, got thousands of rubber bands, like 6 looms and just started making them all day for like a week. Then I burned out on that.

Well I don't know what else to say now xD

Totally dig creating things. Playing around with the paper mache clay from this site
http://www.ultimatepapermache.com/

Made a large reindeer last year. pic can be seen here. (http://www.furaffinity.net/full/10748057/)

Always making something. Usually a mess. Right now I'm making a four string guitar. It will be used to play old slide blues on.

Chainmail and amigurumi!! <3 So many talented crafters in this thread, gosh <3 I absolutely adore knitted and crochet work, as I can't do that for the life of me. Also people who can sew? Aughghh come here and give me some of your magic!
I do a lot of different crafts myself. Mostly, I needle-felt and sculpt with polymer clay, and I like to combine the two sometimes to make art dolls. I've also slowly been getting into jewelry, making use of my sculpting skills with clay, and more recently by playing with copper wire and carving marble.
I keep everything pretty up to date on my page- https://www.weasyl.com/~dancingvulture

It's nice to see other people doing amigurumi too! I don't take a lot of pictures of my stuff because I tend to give it away. I have one actual doll I posted here that I'm proud of though! http://catslikeyarn.tumblr.com

Even though I'm more leaning toward painting and drawing in general, I like to do some craftings from time to time, my favourite material is wood, so I primarly do woodworkings (especially boxes that I can paint on later...). I've also done some small things with modeling putty, but I'm much more clumsier with that...

I can crochet and knit, and I also make rope, for practical applications and artistic applications.

I don't know if this counts but I am currently obsessed with making wild grass into things! It started as braiding blades of grass together out of boredom and eventually I started making rings and bracelets out of the stuff. It dries and hardens in a few days and then its good for wear!
