Heyas! How's it going?

Well, I'm here for the same reason everyone else is, I suppose! Looking to get some critiques on my art. See, I've been trying to make my stuff more interesting and more... well, for lack of a better word, "marketable"? What I mean is I'd like to start getting into making figures and t-shirts and the like sometime soon-ish, you know? It'd be great to be able to make money doing something I enjoy and make stuff for people to enjoy as much as I did making them up.

Anyways, in a nutshell I hope to do a Kickstarter someday and make plush toys. That'd be my big goal. If not that, then figurines. :P Err, I have a Weasyl account, but most of my art is actually on my deviantART. I'm still starting out here on Weasyl!

Sorry to link offsite as far as that goes, but here's my dA gallery: http://zeta-neubourn.deviantart.com/

At any rate, I hope I don't get torn too big of a new one, but that's what I've got. I'm looking more for constructive critiques on making things appeal to people, but any crits would be greatly, greatly appreciated!

I suppose I should give a few specific pictures of some of my characters, too... ummm, let's see...

Misfit - http://fav.me/d6wg4au
Zeezee - http://fav.me/d75nfvx
Olivia 14 - http://fav.me/d5gi4ca

Those are just a few, but hey. :P

Anyways, thanks for reading! I really appreciate it. Lemme know what you guys think!

I asked a similar question the other day and you might find the responses (https://forums.weasyl.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?4709-How-to-make-people-care-about-your-art) helpful!

So, aside from drawing fanart... be nice, network and just draw? I figured that's what I was doing, but I guesssss.... not...? Maybe I'm worrying too much about the selling and that's spooking people, like QT said in that thread.

Well, thanks for helping a bit. I guess there's one place to start. :P Stop trying to sell things. It makes sense, oddly enough.

Edit: Err, I was refering the the link that QT was linking to in the link you linked to. ^^;
