Anyone here interested in, or have experience in FX-anything, regardless of the purpose or intent. I'm talking silicone masks, latex/etc prosthetics, body makeup, full creature suits, you name it.

As for myself, I've been dabbling in it for a year now, doing lfiecasting with alginate and ultra cal, foam latex experimentation, inc, casting resin masks, dental acrylic and silicone parts.

Soon I hope to, after more research and small scale tests, to cast my own siliicone mask.

How about you guys?

Yes, actually! Just small simple stuff, though, like pairs of antlers/horns made out of chickenwire frame and rice paper, with some paint. I don't have any pictures of completed stuff, oddly enough. Must be on my old drives. I did have a picture of the first two stages, however, at least of my prototype. They got better, I swear!

Ohhhhh that is neat! And inspiring! Perhaps this chickenwire sitting around can be put to use afterall x)

Thanks for sharing!

I love it, but so far all I've managed to make is a couple of masks, one of which I keep remaking and never finish.
I should really post pictures of them somewhere.

With a name like 'tapeworm' I can only imagine the crazy mask you've dabbled in making :P You should post them sometime!
