Okay so I can tell there's purrobably going to be an influx in advertising "I just got published" threads so why not just make one big directory. (Yes this makes sense and is a good idea)

Post a post here if you have published work. This can either be through a publisher, or through a vanity press, whatever. I honestly don't care for the opinions of Publishers and I'm sure most people don't

So here post your work and then I'll make a list in the second post of all of you (with a tag that says whether you have free work or not)

And yes I'll be adding myself to this list at some point what of it

List of published writers on wazl:

(Names in JADE GREEN have free e-books available)

Renee Carter Hall (http://www.amazon.com/Renee-Carter-Hall/e/B005TKQX0C) (Free for US only)

Tybalt Maxwell (http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/TybaltMaxwell)

Wilson Queli (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=ntt_athr_dp_sr_1?_encoding=UTF8&field-author=Wilson%20Queli&search-alias=digital-text&sort=relevancerank)

Frank Le Renard (http://www.anthrodreams.com/wordpress/2012/12/15/ad-048-curiosity-and-the-ringtailed-cat/) (Audio book)

I keep wondering if I should send any of my stories to publishers.

What with like 2-3 million words worth of stuff one would assume at least one would stick.

If you've ever thought to yourself "wow I would like someone to take my work and then make money off of it" then publishing through an arbitrary middle man is just for you

That sounds to me like you had a cross with one.

This is a great idea, I'd love to see other authors in the community with published work! I always need more things to read. Thanks for putting me on the list, would it be alright to post an update here when the book becomes available for free? I know some time in March it will be.

Sure! As soon as you do I'll add a tag next to your name saying you have FREE STUFF

Also if you have a more preferred page to link to let me know

also you and I may be the only people on this site right now that publish :I

*waves hi* I guess the link to my Amazon page would be the simplest way to go:

http://www.amazon.com/author/reneecarterhall

Six Impossible Things is free (on both Amazon and Smashwords).

Updated! Names are now listed alphabetically, and will be coloured JADE GREEN (009966) if they have free work available

(Poetigress, for some reason I can't find the free version of six impossible things, it's showing me 1$)

Hm... Maybe you're looking at the UK version of Amazon? I know it's only listed as free in the US. Anyway, here's the direct link to the book:

I've been published a few times. Just short stories; no novels yet. Here's one that's free: http://www.anthrodreams.com/wordpress/2012/12/15/ad-048-curiosity-and-the-ringtailed-cat/

Candadad actually

Added that it's only free in the US, so if the 2 non-american wazl users come into this thread they'll know
