I know not everyone here is a couch surfing do-nothing so lets post our workouts! Currently I'm doing a workout that is geared mostly to toning my body. I use 10 lbs weights for now (jumping up to 20 lbs in about 2 weeks). Here is what I do at least once every day.


Dead lift (stiff leg) 3 sets of ten
Standing inner bicep curls 3 sets of ten
Seated shoulder presses 3 sets of ten
Two handed rows (bent over) 3 sets of ten
Standing bicep curls (hammer grip) 3 sets of ten
Triceps kickbacks 3 sets of ten
Shrugs 3 sets of ten
Upright row 3 sets of 15
Side bends 3 sets of twenty

These are done for both arms and are free weight exercises. Post what you do.

I bike to and from work. It works out nicely for me because I don't like to set aside extra time for exercise, so I might as well do it when I have to go to work anyways.

I'll cycle anywhere and I do football/soccer training too, so that's my exercise.
